This really made me feel more calm and peaceful and the music was pretty amazing. I thought it was astonishing how doing simple things such as taking deep breaths, getting comfortable, and not doing anything stressful can ease the body. I always do things in a hurry and it helps to simply slow down and breathe sometimes.

Hello everyone!

My name is Marissa and I am currently obtaining my AAS in Medical Assisting. I have a two year old little girl and an amazing husband who supports me in everything I do. I feel as though I often get stressed and it impacts my family because they can sense when I am not content and happy. I want to become a more mentally healthy person because I know my family will benefit from it. I believe that this will also help me do things better in life, sleep better, and become more optimistic about life's endless obstacles.
