This really made me feel more calm and peaceful and the music was pretty amazing. I thought it was astonishing how doing simple things such as taking deep breaths, getting comfortable, and not doing anything stressful can ease the body. I always do things in a hurry and it helps to simply slow down and breathe sometimes.

ReplyDeleteI wish I could've gotten what you got from the relaxation exercise. Due to all the distractions in my house I couldn't relax enough to get anything out of it.
